PXL Links is operated by Perspective Global Pty Ltd (ACN 697 873 368), based in Adelaide, South Australia. By accessing or using PXL Links, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you use PXL Links on behalf of a company, organisation, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and within workspaces you control.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, permissions, domains, links, content, and data connected to their workspace.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use PXL Links for lawful business or personal purposes.

You are responsible for the links, destinations, bio page content, domains, images, metadata, tags, and other content you create, upload, or publish through PXL Links.

You must have all rights and permissions needed for any content, domain, link destination, or asset you use with the service.

You must not use PXL Links, or allow anyone else to use PXL Links, for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or security-threatening activity.

• Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation, scams, spam, malware, or deceptive redirects.
• Content or destinations that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or content that facilitates serious harm.
• Illegal goods, illegal services, or activity that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
• Bypassing access controls, probing systems, scraping, overloading infrastructure, or interfering with service operation.
• Misrepresenting analytics, hiding malicious destinations, or using cloaking or targeting features to evade review or enforcement.

You are responsible for the legality, safety, accuracy, and availability of link destinations and bio page destinations.

Analytics are provided for operational and reporting purposes. They may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, filtered for bots or abuse, or affected by browser settings, network conditions, privacy tools, and third-party platforms.

If you connect a custom domain, you represent that you own or control that domain and have authority to configure DNS records for it.

We may disable or remove a custom domain from PXL Links if it creates security, abuse, legal, operational, or ownership concerns.

We may update, suspend, limit, discontinue, or change parts of PXL Links at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

We and our licensors own PXL Links, including the software, design, branding, interface, and related materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You keep ownership of content you submit to PXL Links. You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to PXL Links, remove content, disable links, or disconnect domains if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created risk for users or third parties, or exposed us to legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using PXL Links at any time. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

PXL Links relies on and integrates with third-party services, including hosting, authentication, database, domain, analytics, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or destinations reached through links created by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PXL Links is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perspective Global Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your link destinations, your use of PXL Links, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date shown above. Your continued use of PXL Links after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
