We collect information you provide directly, including account details, profile information, workspace and team information, support messages, custom domains, links, bio page content, uploaded images, and settings you save in the service.

We receive authentication and account information from our identity provider, such as your email address, name, profile image, user ID, organisation membership, and role details.

When someone visits a short link, gated link, or bio page, we collect limited technical and analytics information such as time of access, destination/link identifiers, referrer, UTM parameters, approximate location, device type, operating system, browser, and whether the visit appears to come from a bot.

We use IP address and user-agent information to generate a short-lived hashed visitor key for unique-click analytics. We do not use that key to identify a person by name.

We use information to provide and improve PXL Links, authenticate users, manage workspaces, create and resolve links, render bio pages, verify custom domains, provide analytics, secure the service, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We use link and bio page visit data to provide analytics to the workspace that controls the relevant link, domain, or page.

We use cookies and similar technologies where needed for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and service analytics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of PXL Links may not work properly if essential cookies are blocked.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate PXL Links, including hosting, database, authentication, domain, email, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers.

Workspace owners and authorised members may be able to view workspace content, link settings, bio page content, uploaded assets, and analytics associated with that workspace.

Public links, public bio pages, public profile details, and uploaded public assets may be visible to anyone who visits the relevant URL.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights, property, or safety of PXL Links, our users, or others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may use cloud and software providers located in Australia and overseas. Where information is transferred outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate for the information involved.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure.

No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for managing access to your workspace.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve security, or meet legal obligations. Some analytics, logs, backups, and derived records may be retained for a limited period after account or workspace deletion.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where those laws apply to us. If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy concern, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
